These terms apply when you view a document shared with you on Docfolio. Docfolio is the operator of this service.

Viewing shared documents

A Docfolio link is shared with you personally by the sender. Please use it to view the document for its intended purpose. Do not try to access documents that were not shared with you, interfere with the service, collect data from it by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful. Viewing is recorded as described in our Privacy policy.

The content belongs to the sender

Each document belongs to the business or person who shared it, and they are responsible for it. You may not copy, republish or sell a document without the sender's permission.

No warranty on content

Docfolio hosts documents but does not write, check or endorse them. We make no promise that a document is accurate, complete or up to date. Questions about a document's content should go to the sender.

Availability

The sender can change, disable or withdraw a link at any time, and a link may stop working without notice. Docfolio is provided as is, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Docfolio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of a shared document or from relying on its content.
